The Morning Sound Bath for Busy Mums is a calm pause between the school drop-off and the rest of your day.A space created especially for mothers who give so much — and need a moment to restore their own energy.
During this deeply relaxing session, you will be guided into rest through soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and gentle gongs. The vibrations help your body release tension, slow the breath and calm the mind, allowing your nervous system to reset.
