Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath in Duleek at Four Swans Therapy Center — a gentle group sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, relax and reset.
Using soothing sounds from singing bowls, chimes, drum and other therapeutic instruments, this session can support deep relaxation, stress relief and a calmer nervous system.
If life feels busy, overwhelming or you simply need time to switch off, this is a space to rest and recharge.
