    Upon purchase, you will receive a secure download link. You may download your e-book up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link will expire and no further downloads will be permitted.

  • Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds
    Due to the intangible nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once you have initiated or completed the download, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or exchange under:

    • Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Art. 16(1), which permits exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun with consumer’s prior express consent; and
