Sound Healing Level 1

Sound Healing Level 1 is an in-person foundational training designed for people who want to begin working with sound in a safe, structured and professional way.

This course welcomes both complete beginners and those already working with clients in holistic or body-based therapies.
Whether sound healing is your starting point or an addition to your existing work, this training meets you where you are.

The focus is on client care, nervous system support and ethical practice — not on performance or complexity.

Who this course is for

This training is for you if you:

• are new to holistic healing and want to start with sound healing

• feel called to work with people but want a clear and safe foundation

• already work with clients and want to support them more effectively

• practice yoga, Reiki, meditation or other holistic modalities

• want to understand how sound supports the nervous system and emotional regulation

No previous experience is required.
