Throughout the training, you will gain hands-on experience using a wide range of professional Sound Healing instruments, including the gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, alchemy bowls, therapeutic bowls, shamanic drum, ocean drum, monochord, chimes, and many other instruments used in modern Sound Healing practice. 

You will learn how these instruments can be used to support relaxation, grounding, emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation while understanding when and how to use them safely within professional practice.

Begin Working with Clients

After successfully completing Sound Healing Level 1, you will have the knowledge and confidence to begin offering one-to-one Sound Healing sessions safely and professionally.

You will understand how to prepare for a session, create a supportive environment, work ethically with clients and confidently use Sound Healing as a standalone therapy or alongside your existing holistic practice.
