I’m a Reiki Master and certified Sound Healer, fully insured and a registered member of Reiki Federation Ireland.
I offer both private and group sessions that combine Reiki energy work with therapeutic sound — including gongs, alchemical bowls, tuning forks, drums and other vibrational tools. My approach blends ancient wisdom with a modern understanding of stress, nervous system regulation and emotional balance.
I work with individuals experiencing stress, anexity, burnout, emotional overwhelm, insomnia, grief and life transitions. My sessions are not just relaxing — they’re designed to create lasting energetic shifts and inner clarity.
I teach Reiki Level 1, 2 and 3, and provide ongoing support for my students — including business mentoring and marketing guidance. I also create intentional wellness products like journals, oracle cards, oils and candles, crafted to support self-healing practices.
I collaborate with both local businesses and national organisations across Ireland to deliver bespoke corporate and school wellness programs.
My mission is simple:
To create space for people to reconnect with their inner calm, release what no longer serves them, and access their own healing intelligence.
