Aura Cleansing
Aura cleansing, in my classroom, means clearing your personal space so you feel present and tidy—no theatrics required. We keep the method practical: breath, grounded stance, and a short sequence of hand placements that settle head, chest, belly and back. I teach a quick scan—front, sides, and behind—so you can sense where attention is needed without getting lost in interpretation. The aim is a brighter edge to your awareness, like cleaning your glasses so the world looks honest again.
We combine this with energy hygiene you can sustain. Before work: a one-minute arrival at the door. Between meetings: a jaw release and slow exhale. After travel: a chair sequence that resets posture and focus. You will learn how to “close” thoughtfully so you don’t carry the day into the evening. We also explore how environment influences clarity—light, air, sound—and how small changes help the system settle. If you use incense or sprays, we use them respectfully; they are optional, not magical.
Boundaries keep this safe. We do not diagnose, we do not replace medical care, and we never force. Consent is essential when offering support to others. Distance routines, if you choose them, are framed with preparation, timing and aftercare. I will show you plain language to explain this to sceptical friends: we are not removing stains from an invisible field; we are helping the body exhale so attention becomes usable again.
With honest practice, you’ll notice clean edges to your day: clearer thinking at work, steadier presence with family, and sleep that arrives more easily. That is what I mean by an “aura cleanse”—nothing dramatic, simply a tidier space to live from.
Further notes: keep language ordinary, avoid rushing, and let the exhale lead your timing. Design short versions for busy days and fuller sequences when the system softens. Close cleanly, drink water and rest so change has a chance to settle.

What does an aura cleanse actually involve?
Calm breath, grounded stance and a short scan with hand placements at head, chest and belly, followed by a clean close.
How long should an aura cleanse take for it to help?
Three to fifteen minutes is typical; consistency matters more than length.
Is aura cleansing safe during pregnancy or illness?
Keep routines brief and gentle, avoid breath holds, and follow medical guidance. When unsure, pause and seek appropriate care.
