Chakras And Aura with Marta: grounded breath, practical sequences and respectful session closure for calm, coherent practice.

Chakras And Aura

I’m Marta, Reiki Master Teacher. When I speak about chakras and the aura, I do so in plain English and with respect for everyday life. Think of this as a practical map for attention: a way to notice how posture, breath and mood relate, not a theory to argue. In training, we work with seven classic centres as a learning framework—head, throat, chest, solar plexus, belly, pelvis and base—and we observe how small changes in breath and stance influence the whole. The aura, for our purposes, is your personal space: the field of awareness around you that becomes clearer when you rest and fuzzier when you’re drained. We practise with care. You will learn steady self-treatment sequences that touch each centre without forcing anything, plus a short scan that helps you decide where to dwell. I show you tidy ways to “open” and “close” a session so your system remains bright. We’ll map common modern patterns—tight jaw from screens, chest held high from stress, belly locked during worry—and pair them with placements that invite the body to exhale. As you train, you will keep light notes on sleep, mood and focus to see what actually changes over a few weeks. Ethics are central. We never diagnose; we describe what we observe and how we respond. Consent is explicit whenever you offer support to others; confidentiality is maintained; and signposting to other care is a strength, not a failure. Distance support is taught with preparation and aftercare so sensitivity remains manageable. I’ll also show you “energy hygiene”—simple habits that help your personal space feel clear: hydration, five minutes outside, and a respectful close after each session. By the end, chakras and aura are not abstract words; they are cues for helpful action. You will know how to settle the breath at the chest after a long day, how to soothe the jaw and brow when thoughts spin, how to warm the belly before sleep, and how to recognise when enough has been done. The goal is coherence—attention that moves smoothly through the day—rather than drama. That is the quiet strength of this work. Further notes: keep language ordinary, avoid rushing, and let the exhale lead your timing. Design short versions for busy days and fuller sequences when the system softens. Close cleanly, drink water and rest so change has a chance to settle. Further notes: keep language ordinary, avoid rushing, and let the exhale lead your timing. FAQ

What are chakras and the aura in plain English?

We use them as a practical map—centres and personal space—to guide attention and pacing, not as a diagnosis system.

How do chakras and the aura feature in reiki training with you?

As checkpoints in steady routines: short scans, clear placements and clean session closure so practice stays grounded.

Can I practise chakra work safely at home without special tools?

Yes. Keep routines simple, follow consent for any support you offer others, and stop when breath lengthens and you feel settled.
