Daily Reiki
Daily Reiki is a rhythm, not a rulebook. I help you design a pattern that fits your real mornings, workdays and evenings so practice becomes as natural as brushing your teeth. We begin with the smallest viable actions: a one-minute arrival at the edge of the bed, a three-minute reset before the commute, a five-minute evening close to complete the day. From there we add what nourishes you: a full self-treatment twice a week, a longer Sunday session, or paired practice with a study partner once a fortnight.
I teach you how to notice and respond to the body’s cues as they change through the week. On tense days we favour jaw and shoulder ease; on foggy days we energise the belly and chest; when sleep is thin we prioritise head holds and a slow, tidy close. You will learn to weave micro-practices into busy environments—office corridors, parked cars, waiting rooms—without losing presence. Your journal remains simple: quality of sleep, steadiness of mood, and the moments where breath actually lengthened.
Daily Reiki also includes life skills that support practice: hydration, gentle movement, sunlight, and boundaries around screens. We discuss when to pause, how to ask for help, and how to signpost to other support. If you wish to offer brief distance support for loved ones, we include a clean protocol with preparation and aftercare. Above all, we keep the tone kind and realistic—no heroics, just honest consistency.
With time, daily practice becomes a way of being. You feel more available to life, less reactive to stress, and more able to return to yourself. This is the quiet revolution of small, faithful acts.
Practice deepens through consistency rather than intensity. Keep sessions simple, respectful, and well-closed. Hydrate, move gently, and stay kind.

What’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 1 teaches self-care and treating friends/family. Level 2 (Okuden) introduces symbols, distance techniques, deeper emotional/mental work, and prepares you for professional practice with more structure.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes—reputable courses issue a certificate of completion (often with a manual). Keep it for insurance and, later, professional membership if you choose to practise.
When is it better to pause or signpost to other support?
If discomfort rises or scope is exceeded, pause kindly and refer to appropriate care while you reset your own system.
