Reiki Class
A class with me is structured, warm, and personal. I teach in clear steps so you always know where we are and why. We begin with an orientation to the day, including intentions, boundaries, and how to look after your own energy while you learn. Then I demonstrate, you practise, and we discuss what you noticed—simple, honest, effective. My aim is to build skill you will keep, not overwhelm you with jargon or mystique. You will learn reliable placements, tidy transitions, and a closing that brings you back to yourself. Classes blend theory with practice. You will understand the roots of Usui Reiki in straightforward language and connect them to modern habits—sleep, screens, work breaks, and stress. We cover nervous‑system cues so you can pace a session for safety and comfort. You will work with head, chest, abdomen, back, and joints; you will learn seated adaptations for limited space and standing transitions that help you remain present without strain. I offer direct, kind feedback that helps you refine touch, timing, and presence. We also discuss how to speak about Reiki in real contexts: with family members who are curious, with colleagues who are sceptical, or with clients seeking calm. You will learn to set respectful boundaries, explain aftercare, and avoid making promises. If distance methods are relevant to the class, I teach them with preparation and clean closure so your system stays clear. Throughout the day, we keep returning to breath and grounding so learning stays bright rather than heavy. By the end of a class, you will have a method you trust and the confidence to practise it. You will leave with notes that make sense the next day, not just in the room; with routines you can repeat; and with a steadier, kinder way of meeting yourself and others. This is the heart of my teaching: clarity, integrity, and care.
