Reiki workshop: small group setting with guided demonstrations, paired practice, calm notes, and practical routines for real‑life stress and sleep support.

Reiki Workshop

My workshops are focused, practical spaces where you learn by doing. Each workshop has a clear theme—such as neck and shoulder ease, supporting sleep, or settling post‑stress overload—and we explore it through demonstration, practice rounds, reflection, and gentle feedback. You will leave with a concise toolkit you can apply the same day, not a notebook full of abstractions. I keep groups small so that every participant is seen and supported, and I encourage questions that arise from real life rather than theory alone. We start by arriving well: breath, grounding, and a short body scan. Then we move into targeted sequences. For example, in a sleep support workshop you will practise evening routines, calming head holds, and a tidy closing that lets the body drift toward rest. In a tension‑release theme you will learn reliable placements for jaw, neck, and shoulder ease, with timing that respects the nervous system. I emphasise clarity over complexity—fewer moves done well are worth more than long, unfocused routines. Workshops also offer space for discussion. We talk about consent in informal settings, how to communicate what Reiki is without promise or pressure, and how to offer brief support for family or colleagues when asked. You will learn to adapt your practice to chairs, limited space, or noisy environments, and to use short grounding resets before meetings, travel, or presentations. I will show you how to keep simple notes that track what works for you without turning practice into self‑critique. Whether you are new to Reiki or a practitioner seeking refinement, a workshop can unlock fresh confidence. You will gain a felt sense of pacing, clearer language for what you do, and practical routines that slot into daily life. My goal is that you leave with less tension, more focus, and a method you can trust—quiet, kind, and repeatable.
How large are your workshops?

Small groups so everyone receives guidance and time to practise. I prefer clarity and calm over crowded classrooms.

Do I need prior experience to attend?

No. Workshops are structured for mixed levels, with options for beginners and refinements for practitioners.

What will I take away afterwards?

A concise set of routines matched to the theme, clear language to describe them, and a simple plan to keep practising at home.
