Sometimes, life strips you bare. It takes away what felt safe — the relationship, the business, the version of yourself you thought you needed to be. And suddenly, you’re left with... everything. The rage, grief, anxiety, tightness in your chest, sleepless nights. That emotional rollercoaster that no one really prepares you for.
I know what that feels like — because I’ve been there. After a painful breakup and losing my business during the pandemic, I hit a breaking point. I tried to talk my way through it, but therapy alone wasn’t reaching the arts of me that were truly hurting.Something deeper needed healing.
That’s when I found Reiki.It wasn’t a quick fix or an overnight miracle — it was a process. Layers of emotions began rising to the surface. Some days were messy. But over time, I started hearing a quiet voice within that whispered: “You are in the right place, at the right time.”
And that’s when I knew: I was finally coming home to myself.
Reiki and sound healing gave me a space to breathe again.They brought me inner peace, clarity, and a deeper connection to who I really am — beyond all the roles and expectations.Today, as a Reiki Master and certified Sound Healing Therapist, I hold space for women who are going through their own storms: emotional numbness, heartbreak, stress, exhaustion, grief, and the painful question, “What’s the point of it all?”
In my Reiki and sound healing sessions, something shifts. Not because I have the answers — but because I create a space where you don’t need to pretend, fix, or explain anything. You can just feel. Let go. Breathe. And maybe, for the first time in a long time, feel like yourself again.
