Energy Balancing

She came in and said, “I don’t know what’s wrong. I just don’t feel like myself.”

Nothing dramatic had happened. Life was moving on as usual. Work, home, responsibilities.

But her body was tense. Her breathing is shallow. Her energy scattered.

This is how many energy balancing sessions begin.


When things look fine, but don’t feel fine

Very often, women come to energy balancing not because something is clearly broken, but because something feels off.

They describe it as:

  • constant tiredness

  • emotional heaviness

  • feeling disconnected from their body

  • difficulty relaxing, even when they try

From the outside, everything seems fine. Inside, the system is overloaded.

Energy balancing works with that overload.


What energy balancing actually does

Energy balancing is not about adding anything new. It’s about helping the body return to its natural state of regulation.

During an energy balancing session:

  • the nervous system begins to slow down

  • the body shifts out of stress response

  • tension that has been held for a long time starts to soften

There is no forcing. No talking things through. No analysing emotions.

The body does what it knows how to do when it finally feels safe enough.


What often happens during the session

As the session continues, changes are subtle but noticeable.

Breathing deepens. Shoulders drop. The body settles.

Sometimes emotions surface. Sometimes there is simply quiet.

Most women don’t have a big insight in the moment. What they notice comes later.

They say, “I slept better.” “I feel calmer.” “I’m less reactive.”

These are signs of balance returning.

In my energy balancing sessions in Drogheda and Duleek, I often see the same pattern.

Women arrive carrying more than they realize. They leave feeling more grounded, more present in their body.

Not because anything was fixed—but because the system had space to reset.
