Louth, I offer intimate Reiki Training Level 1 groups with a maximum of 6 participants. I believe real transformation happens in safe, personal spaces — not in crowded seminar rooms. What Is Reiki Energy and How Does It Work?

Reiki is a Japanese method of natural healing that works through universal life force energy — something that already exists within every human being.

When we experience long-term stress, grief or emotional suppression, this energy becomes blocked. As a result, our bodies get tense, our minds become overactive, and our emotions feel heavier than they should.

During Reiki Course Level 1, you receive an attunement (initiation) that opens the energy channels in your body. From that moment forward, whenever you place your hands on yourself (or others), Reiki activates automatically, helping to:

• Calm the nervous system

• Reduce emotional overwhelm

• Improve sleep and energy flow

• Release tension stored in the body

What Happens During My Reiki Course Level 1 (Shoden)

This two-day training is a blend of learning, practice and gentle ritual.

You Will Experience:

✅ Theory — What is Reiki, history of Usui Reiki, how energy flows, hand positions, how to protect and ground your energy

✅ Practice — You will learn how to give self-Reiki, how to offer treatment to family or friends and how to structure a full session

✅ Attunement Ceremony — A powerful initiation where your Reiki channel is opened

✅ Safe Healing Space — The course takes place in a warm, home-like atmosphere filled with candles, sound healing instruments and peaceful music

No previous experience is needed. You don’t have to be “spiritual”. Just open to healing.
