Sound Healing in Drogheda, Dundalk and Beyond
There’s a moment in every sound healing session when the entire room softens. The breath deepens. Minds slow down. And the vibrations of a single gong seem to echo through every cell of your body. This moment doesn’t happen by chance. It’s carefully crafted.
As a Reiki Master and Sound Healer based in Drogheda, I’ve spent years tuning into the subtle art of weaving sound – not just playing instruments. I create journeys. Soulful, intentional, and deeply healing experiences for women from Drogheda, Dundalk, and nearby towns who are ready to release, restore, and reconnect.
It’s not just sound – it’s sequencing
A powerful sound bath is like a good story. It has a beginning, a middle and a closing. You don’t just hit a gong and hope for the best. You open gently. I often start with soft Koshi chimes or a delicate singing bowl to invite the nervous system into safety. For the women who come to me – often holding stress, heartbreak, insomnia, or anxiety – this matters.
Next come the deeper tones: crystal bowls, healing forks, and finally gongs. Each sound layer is chosen with intention. Each frequency is like a brushstroke – painting a path from fight-or-flight to full surrender.
And then comes silence. That sacred pause where the body does its deepest healing.
Why sequencing matters in sound healing
Many people don’t realise that how you play is as important as what you play.A misplaced frequency can agitate rather than soothe. A rushed rhythm can break trust. That’s why I train myself to listen – not just to the instruments, but to the room, the breath, the subtle shifts in the collective energy.
In my sessions across Drogheda and Dundalk, I combine Reiki and sound so the energy flows with the soundscape. People often tell me:"It felt like the instruments were speaking directly to my body."
That’s because they are.
Local, grounded – but energetically expansive
Whether you join one of my group events in Drogheda or book a private sound healing session in Dundalk, you’ll notice something: I don’t perform.I guide. Each sound healing session is tailored for the specific group or individual. For example, a women’s circle in Knockbridge might call for more water-like flow through chimes and singing bowls. A corporate reset session in Dundalk might need grounding drum work and harmonic forks.
This is the gift of truly knowing your tools – and your people.
Who are my sessions for?
I work mostly with women who are:
navigating breakups or loss
struggling with insomnia or anxiety
feeling disconnected from themselves
seeking a deeper spiritual path
They often come to me because talk therapy wasn’t enough. Because medication numbed rather than healed. Because they know – deep down – that their body remembers what they’ve been through. And they’re ready to release it.
And the truth is – they don’t need to “do” anything. They just need to receive. The gongs, bowls and chimes do the work.
Why Drogheda and Dundalk?
I chose these locations for a reason. The women here are powerful. They hold families, businesses, trauma – sometimes all at once. But they also hold deep intuitive knowing. And when they’re given the right tools – sound, breath, energy – they rise.
And I’m here for that.
